📋 Description

• Work in an interdisciplinary team of therapists from various specialties, as well as medical and psychotherapeutic colleagues • Provide individualized care for patients within various follow-up/aftercare programs • Create individualized training plans in the app • Motivate patients to maintain therapy adherence • Contribute creative ideas and help establish new structures and processes • Lead group classes via video during rehabilitation, host digital live webinars or deliver prevention presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree as a therapist (physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or sports scientist) • At least 2 years of professional experience as a therapist working with patients in the rehabilitation sector • Relevant experience in at least one additional specialty (e.g., neurology, cardiology, geriatrics, gynecology, pulmonology, oncology) • Comfort with digital media and their use in healthcare • Fluent German and basic knowledge of English • Residence in Germany
