📋 Description

• Own a product area end-to-end from discovery through delivery and adoption. • Work directly with enterprise customers, SEs, TAMs, and engineering to identify problems and ship solutions. • Drive customer and market discovery through user engagement, Proof of Value cycles, competitive analysis, and GTM collaboration. • Use AI tools and LLMs for discovery synthesis, specification drafting, competitive research, interview summarization, and data pattern recognition. • Define and track product metrics using tools such as PostHog and control-plane usage data. • Write product narratives, PRs/FAQs, one-pagers, and feature briefs. • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, sales, and support to drive prioritization and unblock execution. • Lead Product Management process improvements and contribute to organizational standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning B2B software products in a cloud-native environment with strong Kubernetes domain knowledge, including node lifecycle, autoscaling, and cloud infrastructure economics. • Kubernetes certification; CKA preferred, or completion within the first 6 months. • Demonstrated use of AI tools, LLMs, coding assistants, or agentic workflows in product work. • Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS contexts. • Excellent writing skills for communicating complex technical capabilities through PRs and FAQs. • Direct enterprise customer experience, including discovery interviews and translating feedback into product requirements. • Familiarity with modern product management practices and outcome-driven, evidence-based decision making. • Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience in a technical domain. • Candidate must reside in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Ukraine. • Cast AI does not provide visa sponsorship or work permits.
