📋 Description

• Define AI product direction across the RemotePass platform • Decide where AI should automate processes, where humans should remain in control, and where AI should not be used • Shape customer interactions with payroll, compliance, and payments data through AI • Investigate user problems across payroll, compliance, and operations • Connect AI capabilities to customer use cases and turn ambiguity into product decisions • Balance speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-driven workflows • Work closely with engineering to ship, test, iterate, and scale AI features • Take features from early-stage concepts to usable and scalable products • Work directly with the CEO, engineers, and operators

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Experience building AI- or data-heavy products • Understanding of how models behave, where they fail, and what it takes to get them into production • Comfortable working hands-on with engineers: writing specs, running experiments, and iterating on feedback • Ability to set strategy and work into detailed execution • Fluent written and spoken English • Experience in fintech, HR tech, or other complex operational domains (nice to have) • Hands-on exposure to LLMs, automation, or AI tooling in production (nice to have)
