📋 Description
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse internal and external datasets • Produce and circulate BI dashboards and analytical reports • Perform quality assurance and validation of data submitted by external stakeholders • Coordinate with licensees to resolve data inconsistencies and missing information • Compile and consolidate data from multiple internal and external data sources • Develop KPI reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft PowerPoint • Support data collection initiatives and analytical projects across the organization • Analyse business datasets to improve reporting quality and eliminate redundant data collection • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Stewards to improve data flow efficiency and reliability • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards in collaboration with internal business units • Produce recommendations and insights supporting strategic business decisions • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BI & Data Analytics function • Submit a professional profile/CV • Participate in a 30-minute business alignment call • Complete client skills review and, if required, a project-specific technical assessment
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (MQF Level 6 or equivalent) in Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy • Comfortable working with large internal databases and business analytics tools • Ability to organize, analyse, and present complex information clearly • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities • Strong ownership and accountability for assigned projects • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced) • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint • Experience with data cleaning and validation • Experience with data collection • Experience with dashboard development • Experience with KPI reporting • Experience with business intelligence • Experience with data analysis • Experience with data visualization • Experience with internal and external data management • Statistics or economic analysis skills preferred • SQL, Power Query, and DAX preferred/advantageous • Data modelling preferred • Knowledge of gaming regulations in Malta preferred • Experience working with regulatory or compliance reporting preferred • Availability to work within CET ± 3 hours
