📋 Description

• Review and interpret Visa and Mastercard mandate updates and assess business/technical impacts. • Translate mandates into clear business, functional, and technical requirements. • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure on-time implementation. • Conduct gap analysis to identify compliance risks and propose corrective actions. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation against scheme requirements. • Prepare stakeholder communications and ensure business readiness for mandate changes. • Maintain documentation related to mandates, requirements, and process changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the payments or financial services sector. • Strong understanding of Visa and Mastercard mandates and compliance processes. • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. • Hands-on experience with issuers, acquirers, or payment processors. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services (e.g., PSD2, PCI-DSS). • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project collaboration tools. • Basic SQL or data analysis skills for validation and reporting.
