• 10+ years in software/enterprise architecture, with 6+ years dedicated to Salesforce. • Proven track record leading architecture for enterprise environments. • End-to-end Salesforce implementations experience as the lead architect. • Deep experience with Salesforce Limits (governor, storage, API, concurrent requests) and optimization. • Platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (including Omni-Channel), Experience Cloud. • Integration: MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, or custom middleware (Node.js/Java). • DevOps: Copado, Flosum, Gearset, or Jenkins + Salesforce CLI. • Data: Data Loader, OwnBackup, DemandTools, SOQL, SQL. • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) [strongly preferred], Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, MuleSoft Certified Architect (preferred).
