📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. • Manage and optimize data warehouses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance. • Partner with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to enable actionable insights. • Develop high-quality, maintainable code in Go and Python for data processing and integration. • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance are upheld. • Integrate and support analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau) to deliver impactful dashboards and reporting. • Continuously evaluate and implement new tools/technologies to improve the BI platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in data engineering or related fields in the Fintech domain. • Strong background in data warehouses, data modeling, and large-scale data processing. • Proficiency in Go and Python with a strong software engineering mindset. • Experience working with analytics platforms (ideally Tableau). • Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). • Knowledge of cloud platform (AWS) is a strong plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
