• Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. • Work closely with clients to analyze their business processes and recommend best practices for finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management within Business Central. • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client-specific needs, including workflows, reports, and integrations with other systems. • Provide expert guidance on migration strategies from legacy ERP systems (e.g., NAV, SAP, Oracle) to Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements with third-party applications (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, CRM).
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Strong knowledge of financial management, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing modules in Business Central. • Experience with data migration, customization, and integration of Business Central with other Microsoft solutions (Power BI, Power Automate, Azure). • Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations. • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in Big 4 Firms would be a plus.
