📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end between Product, Engineering, and Professional Services for deployments. • Mentor a team of engineers through coaching and execution benchmarks. • Uncover opportunities to leverage AI tools to streamline processes. • Maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) and align processes with industry directives.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience navigating Release Management within heavily regulated spaces (GxP, Life Sciences, or MedTech environments). • Proven track record in a direct people management or leadership role. • Strong foundational knowledge of standard clinical guidelines (ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA). • Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven tooling for software testing protocols.
