âą Partner with the sales team to plan, create, develop and deliver CAMA demonstrations to potential and current customers to prove and confirm the value of our solutions and how they can meet their specific needs. âą Engage with prospects to understand specific needs/problems and lead/contribute to the development of appropriate technical solutions. âą Identify bundling opportunities during the sales cycle to increase revenue. âą Build customer relationships and business plans to create opportunities and improve product sales. âą Manage and execute technical workshops and proofs of concept. âą Work closely with sales and customer success to identify opportunities and provide RFP response and technical support, advice and coaching. âą Collect customer feedback for product enhancement. âą Provide recommendations for new product development and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and competitive positioning. âą Support customer queries on product selection and capability. âą Stay up to date on Catalisâ technologies and new features as well as competing tech. âą Identify product partnerships and integrations that elevate Catalis offerings and deliver increased value to our customers. âą Train and coach internal teams as necessary.
âą University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines âą 3-5 years of experience in the Ad Valorem Property Tax industry/mass appraisal networks, to include all property valuation methods, assessment administration, GIS, taxpayer filings, and other CAMA system workflows âą 3-5 years of experience in Pre-sales, Sales, RFP responses, Business Development, and/or a Customer Value Creation role âą Strong automation and information technology skills with deep software and SaaS knowledge âą Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate the needs and problems of prospective customers âą Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team âą Ability to effectively manage multiple and possibly competing commitments at the same time âą Excellent proven customer-facing and presentation skills for complex technical solutions âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills âą The ability to work alone or with development staff to develop and present demo applications.
