📋 Description
• Provide operational leadership across children and young people’s services • Ensure services are safe, high quality, financially sustainable, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes • Maintain strong oversight of performance, safeguarding, quality, compliance, finance, and people management
🎯 Requirements
• Experience of managing children and young people’s services within health, wellbeing, substance use, emotional health, early help, prevention or related provision • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Financial and performance management experience • Commitment to safeguarding and quality • Ability to lead teams through change, innovation and service improvement
