📋 Description
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable • Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, etc.) • Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes • Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) • Assist with sales tax/VAT reporting and compliance • Support payroll processing and expense tracking • Collaborate with management and CPA for month-end and year-end close
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper for Ecommerce businesses • Strong understanding of multi-channel sales accounting • Experience handling high-volume transactions • Familiarity with inventory and COGS tracking • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setup • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (Ecommerce preferred) • Bookkeeping certification or accounting coursework is a plus • Experience working with US-based companies preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills
