📋 Description
• Collaborate with the Co-Founder & CEO to build a clear product vision and strategy. • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept and user stories to launch and iteration. • Serve as the product leader across engineering, design, data science, compliance, and legal. • Define and analyze key metrics, user feedback, and market signals to make informed product decisions. • Partner with the business development team to support the acquisition of initial design partners and customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex fintech products from concept to launch. • Deep domain expertise in banking, payments, card networks, risk, and compliance. • Strong technical acumen and are adept at discussing complex systems and architecture with engineering teams. • Exceptional communicator and leader, capable of inspiring teams and articulating a compelling vision to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with a bias for action, skilled at balancing long-term vision with the immediate, tactical needs of the business.
