📋 Description
• Growth organization's key member of diligence team • Develop standardized growth strategy template • Review 3rd party growth diligence report • Personally engage with Core SLL's to understand target firms GTM approach • Collaborate with Corp Dev leadership on growth metrics • Lead execution of growth strategy developed in diligence • Liaison with Growth operations team • Engage with Core Service line leaders to execute GTM plan • Track pipeline, wins and cross-sell saturation • Responsible for monthly milestone report-out
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of experience in a growth-focused role • Experience in analyzing market trends and executing strategic initiatives • Experience with the professional services industry • Strong leadership skills • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Proficiency in developing and maintaining business partnerships • Strong communication skills
