📋 Description

• Manage the preparation and review of transfer pricing compliance documentation for U.S. and foreign jurisdictions. • Oversee the implementation and review of transfer pricing processes and controls for clients. • Supervise client interviews and information gathering to support inter-company transaction pricing. • Analyze industry and financial data to benchmark and document appropriate intercompany pricing policies. • Review financial analyses, including market penetration scenarios and intangible property valuations. • Draft and review industry overviews, functional analyses, and technical memos for transfer pricing reports. • Ensure quality control by proofreading and editing reports prior to client delivery. • Provide guidance and training to associates, supporting their professional development. • Assist with the preparation of internal and external presentations, research materials, and knowledge-sharing communications. • Participate in practice improvement initiatives and collaborate across service lines as needed. • Maintain current knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 3+ years of transfer pricing experience, with demonstrated project management and supervisory skills • Experience with tax research databases and transfer pricing software is a plus • Strong research, technical writing, and analytical skills • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to clients • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
