📋 Description
• Develops and implements financial M&A integration strategies • Participates in financial due diligence and integration activities • Manages financial modeling and analysis to support M&A integration • Oversees the integration of acquired companies into existing accounting and finance systems • Develops and maintains financial and operational performance metrics to track M&A success • Provides regular updates to senior leadership on M&A activities and progress
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree Required • At least 10 years of experience in accounting/finance • At least five years experience in M&A accounting • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices • Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools
