• Provides leadership to team (both on and offshore team members) • Responsible for providing performance feedback on a regular basis • Develop and execute the Firm’s marketing technology roadmap • Analyze MarTech initiative effectiveness • Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of marketing platforms • Spearhead the strategic development of our DXP with website manager • Provide high-level strategic direction and technical support to the in-house SEO team • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business development teams • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and platform performance evaluations • Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and governance across marketing systems • Audit acquisition MarTech stacks and execute on integration of acquisitions systems • Provide training, support, and documentation for marketing technology users • Monitor and analyze system usage, campaign performance, and ROI • Lead marketing technology projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new tool evaluations • Stay current on emerging market trends
• 10+ years of experience in marketing technology or marketing operations • At least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior management role within the professional services industry • Strategic technology planning • Marketing operations and enablement • Cross-functional collaboration • Data governance and compliance • Strong project management and execution • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) • Strong understanding of digital marketing, B2B Sales funnel, campaign tracking, and lead management workflows • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Siteimprove, SEM Rush) • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
