• Assist with the design, enhancement, and documentation of the firm’s PCAOB attest methodology, including the PCAOB MET and relevant Industry METs (e.g., AEC, Real Estate, HUD, EBP, Broker-Dealer) • Translate auditing, attestation, and accounting standards (PCAOB, GAAP, and other frameworks) into practical, scalable methodology steps and guidance • Apply strong process and workflow efficiency skills to streamline methodology design, automation, and user experience across platforms • Collaborate with AMG colleagues on projects related to methodology development, regulatory changes, and process improvements • Draft, update, and review technical guidance documents, practice aids, templates, and tools for firm use • Evaluate new standards and emerging regulatory requirements; prepare gap analyses and implementation plans • Monitor regulatory developments and emerging industry trends, proactively identifying potential methodology implications • Support quality control and inspection activities, assisting with remediation where necessary
• Bachelor’s degree • 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field • 3 years supervisory experience • Must have active CPA or equivalent certification • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs • Proficient use of applicable technology
