📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day execution of multiple financial due diligence engagements • Managing engagement teams and coordinating directly with targets and clients throughout the transaction process • Apply technical and transaction knowledge and judgement across areas of financial due diligence • Manage competing priorities across engagements by exercising thoughtful prioritization • Develop and mentor engagement team members by providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5 years of experience in related field • 3 years of supervisory experience • Must have and preserve required licenses • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Proficient use of applicable technology • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
