📋 Description

• Support the Director, IT Governance, in deploying and maintain the end-to-end IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. • Conduct assessments to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulation (e.g. SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001). • Coordinate with GRC analysts to track and report on governance and compliance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, etc.) to ensure that governance practices are integrated into IT projects and initiatives. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of governance processes and controls. • Lead IT Governance Risk Board and partner with leads of other governance boards to facilitate end-to-end adherence to IT governance framework. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT governance, risk management, and compliance to inform strategic decisions. • Facilitate training and awareness programs to educate IT staff on governance policies and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. • Proven experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and policies within an IT organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. • Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Relevant certifications in governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT).
