🎯 Requirements

• Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (C1+) • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with PC navigation (multiple tabs, VDI, etc.) and a genuine interest in technology. • Communication: A professional, helpful, and "human" approach to customer care.
