📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors • Negotiate contracts • Manage the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process • Conduct market research • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners or candidates • Ensure alignment with organizational goals • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet talent or procurement needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate data • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions • Experience in Recruiting and talent acquisition processes • Knowledge of Procurement and supply chain management practices • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing, business, or a related field • Familiarity with industry tools and platforms is a plus
