📋 Description
• Assist customers via phone, email & chat with product inquiries, purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds & general support — mainly in French (plus English when needed)
🎯 Requirements
• EU citizenship required • French C1+ • English B2+ • Basic PC skills • Strong communication & multitasking skills • No experience required (customer service is a plus)
