• Support German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and/or email • Assist with account, billing, product, and technical inquiries • Help customers resolve issues and provide a positive experience
🎯 Requirements
• C1+ German • B2+ English • Comfortable using computers and digital tools • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
