📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers • Provide customer support via phone and email • Assist with product orders, deliveries, payments, and returns • Resolve inquiries about missing parcels, article reclamations, and price adjustments • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional, friendly service • Work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level or fluent Swedish, spoken and written • C1 English for team communication and training • Strong communication skills • Comfort using standard computer tools • No prior experience required • Background in retail, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus
