📋 Description
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats ensuring professional, empathetic, and timely solutions • Join an international Customer Support team providing top-quality assistance to Dutch and English-speaking clients
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2 minimum) • Eligibility to work in Greece (valid work permit or EU citizenship) • Previous experience in customer service or remote assistance preferred • Tech-savvy, reliable internet connection, and comfortable working remotely • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
🏖️ Benefits
• 1,500 gross/month × 14 salaries per year (12 monthly + Easter + Summer & Christmas bonuses) • Private health & life insurance • Performance bonus (in line with project-specific criteria) • 25 days paid annual leave per year • Meal voucher: 50 per month
