• Support German-speaking customers via phone & email • Handle motor insurance requests: new policies, changes, cancellations • Process claims & cases , escalate when needed • Keep records accurate (contracts, documents, SEPA, address updates) • Offer tailored insurance solutions and recommend add-ons when relevant
• German fluency (C1+) • Customer-focused communication + strong attention to detail • Comfortable using PC/CRM/MS Office • Typing speed 25 WPM , accuracy 85% • High school diploma or higher
