🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal command of German • Good communication skills in English • A natural curiosity for gadgets, imaging technology, and hardware troubleshooting • Solution-driven and capable of thinking outside the box to resolve customer concerns • Possess patience and communication skills to ensure positive interactions • Eager to learn and apply training effectively
