📋 Description

• Assist travelers with flight, hotel, and package bookings, modifications, and cancellations • Resolve inquiries regarding refunds, payment clarifications, and billing • Manage travel-related issues and deliver effective service recovery • Support travel partners and extranet accounts with listing and reservation queries • Respond to customer reviews and general destination inquiries • Provide support via phone, email, and live chat • Handle interactions primarily in German, with English overflow • Use English for internal tools, systems, and team communication

🎯 Requirements

• German fluent to native-level (C1 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication skills • English B2+ proficiency, required for training, internal tools, and English-speaking overflow contacts • Customer-centric mindset with empathy, active listening, and strong problem-solving skills • Comfort working in a fast-paced, digital environment with multiple tools and screens • Flexibility to work rotational shifts covering Monday to Sunday, 08:00–00:00 • EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece • Up-to-date CV in English • Successful German and English language assessment
