📋 Description

•Join us as a German Customer Support Specialist and be the voice for our German-speaking customers! •In this fully remote role, you’ll help deliver top-tier support, solving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. •Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, effective solutions. •Address product or service-related issues, providing clear and professional responses. •Handle complaints and concerns with empathy, turning challenges into solutions. •Stay informed on our offerings to ensure accurate information and guidance. •Process returns, exchanges, and other customer requests efficiently. •Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

•Fluency in German (C1/C2 level), with excellent communication skills. •Customer-focused attitude: Experience in customer service is a plus, but a passion for helping people is key. •Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions. •Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently in a remote setup. •Tech-Savvy: Basic familiarity with digital tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. •Reliable Internet & Quiet Workspace: A stable internet connection and a distraction-free environment.
