📋 Description
• Research, design and refine user experiences within specified product requirements • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks • Develop high-level mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas • Attending sprint meetings and obtaining feedback from the team • Working with the product owner to refine initial designs based on feedback gathered • Analyse the usability of existing products and provide suggestions for change • Be responsible for advocating for users in a fast-paced business environment • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback • Collaborate with other designers to evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience. • 6+ Years of experience in UI, experience with pixel-perfect UI and web and mobile design • Strong experience designing mobile applications for enterprise in Banking & Payments • Proficiency with design tools & technologies (Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Invision etc.) • Usability testing experience is considered an asset • Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. • Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles. • Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills. • Strong team orientation and collaborative nature. • Ability to clearly express him/herself both in person and in writing.
