📋 Description
• Completing Standard checks on shareholder accounts at onboarding and initial subscription. • Processing subscription/redemption order requests. • Maintaining the shareholder registers of the various funds under administration. • Providing periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers. • Liaising with investor queries on an ongoing basis. • Providing periodic statements to investors. • Distributing Corporate Actions as requested by Fund Managers to the investors. • Processing outgoing payments. • Completing daily archiving.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working within the financial services sector would be considered an asset; • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Be a good team player. • Have excellent organisation and communication skills. • Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
