📋 Description

• Establish sound relationships with Architects & Surveying Practices, House builders, Local Authorities, Roofing & Facade Contractors, Building Contractors, Modular Building Co’s, Sealant Applicators and B2B’s. • Achieve budgeted sales targets set for your area. • Generate and manage product specifications, develop enquiries and leads that convert to orders. • Accurately record projects keeping the information “live” via the companies CRM system. • Carry out presentations to construction professionals and promote Roofing, Façade & Sealant products as required. • Provide a detailed monthly report outlining key activities and competitor information to your line manager. • Support and provide excellent customer service and technical back up to the customer base to include accurate quotations and project support. • Work closely with Carlisle / Arbo technical team(s) to ensure projects are installed to Carlisle guidelines and QA Procedures. • Ensure you have a competent knowledge of Carlisle / Arbo products and services and attend company training courses and relevant industry events to keep your knowledge up-to-date. • Communicate regularly and as required with the company’s Internal Sales, Technical, Marketing and Finance departments. • Attend sales meetings and performance reviews as required. • Follow procedures and guidelines as detailed in the Carlisle Employee Handbook and Guiding Principles. • Perform any other task or duty to help the company achieve its objectives. • Utilise the Carlisle Operating System (COS) ways of working in all relevant tasks and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• English & Maths. • Relevant training courses attended preferred, e.g. Key Account Management or Project Management. • Full UK Driving Licence. • Proven experience of selling through specification channels to the construction industry. • Ability to operate at a strategic level, demonstrating effective planning and thinking. • Good business acumen and understanding of a company / region P&L. • Knowledge of CRM systems. • Strong Communication & Presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
