• Execute and streamline onboarding and offboarding for all employees and contractors in collaboration with HR • Manage IT equipment inventory, deployment, retrieval, and lifecycle tracking • Design, implement, and maintain automation for TechOps processes • Enforce IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with internal teams • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in TechOps, IT Operations, or similar role • Hands-on experience with onboarding/offboarding processes • Strong knowledge of automation tools and workflow optimization • Experience managing IT assets and equipment systems • Solid understanding of IT policy compliance and security protocols • Experience with identity and access management systems • Experience with remote workforce support environments • Identity & Access Management: SSO, SAML, OAuth • Google Workspace Admin: User lifecycle, groups, security, device management. • AI & Productivity: Comfortable using AI tools to automate and document processes. • SaaS Management: Tool consolidation, license management, app integrations.
