📋 Description

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets • Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and missing information • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records and documentation • Perform data validation and routine quality checks • Assist with basic administrative tasks and other data-related activities as assigned • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Meet established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time expectations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant Data Entry experience • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and online systems • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify discrepancies • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines and performance expectations • Willingness to work a graveyard shift • Willingness to work full-time remotely
