📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate and implement security solutions • Provide strategic and operational advice to clients on information security, ISMS and regulatory requirements (especially NIS2) • Manage measures for the sustainable implementation of security concepts • Establish, further develop and document ISMS according to ISO 27001 / ISO 2700x • Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments and maturity assessments • Prepare and support ISO 27001 certifications and internal/external audits • Implement and assess NIS2 requirements, including governance, risk management and reporting processes • Prepare and support regulatory assessments and examinations (e.g., NIS2) • Design and deliver training and awareness measures • Develop and improve incident management and contingency/emergency plans • Create business continuity plans and security policies

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in information security consulting or the ISMS environment (senior level) • Proven experience in project and risk management • Solid knowledge of ISO/IEC 2700x and practical experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, KRITIS) • Experience working with KRITIS operators is a plus • Excellent German and good English skills, written and spoken • Confident and professional presentation and demeanor when interacting with clients • Strong communication skills, reliable, able to work independently and with a good understanding of processes • Willingness to travel across Germany for regular on-site client assignments • Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 22301 (Lead) Implementer/Auditor, NIS2 Coordinator / NIS2 Officer are an advantage
