• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows using no-code/low-code automation platforms. • Build automations for lead generation, CRM management, outreach, reporting, scheduling, and business operations. • Create reusable AI prompts for emails, research, reports, and documentation. • Map business processes and recommend workflow improvements. • Integrate business applications using tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Power Automate, and HubSpot. • Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain automation workflows. • Organize and validate business data to ensure workflow accuracy. • Prepare SOPs, workflow documentation, user guides, and training materials. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices. • Produce reports and recommend continuous process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BBIT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, ICT, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in workflow automation, AI tools, business systems, CRM administration, operations, or related roles. • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable Automations, HubSpot Workflows, or similar tools. • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. • Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts, data management, documentation, and process improvement. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
