📋 Description

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair • Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner • Conduct routine inspections of units, buildings, and common areas • Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies) • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions • Maintain property grounds, including light landscaping and exterior upkeep • Ensure compliance with safety standards • Respond to emergency maintenance requests (may include on-call rotation)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred) • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair • Ability to diagnose and repair issues independently • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good communication and customer service skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
