📋 Description
• Work closely with quest and cinematic designers to understand their needs and ensure the tools meet the creative and technical goals • Build and maintain story related plugins • Ensure tools run efficiently without sacrificing performance, maintaining smooth workflows for the design team • Write high-quality code that is optimised, bug-free, and aligned with project goals • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure the tools contribute effectively to all game systems and components
🎯 Requirements
• At least 7 years of professional experience as a programmer within the game industry • Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 • Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome technical challenges and drive innovation in technology • Ability to interpret the needs of less technical people and to communicate workflow with them • Experience with Unreal’s cinematic sequencer • Previous experience working on Story or Quest tools
