📋 Description
• Responsible for configuration, administration, optimisation, and support of Microsoft Intune • Manage Windows devices and application deployment • Develop and maintain Intune configuration profiles • Configure and support Windows Autopilot • Implement and monitor endpoint security controls • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the managed endpoint estate • Develop PowerShell scripts for operational efficiency • Create and improve documentation covering Intune configurations
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune device management • Experience with Windows Autopilot • Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID • Practical PowerShell scripting skills • Experience implementing MDM, MAM, and MCM policies • Understanding of endpoint security principles • Strong documentation skills • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate preferred
