📋 Description

• Perform client consultation: plan, design, implement, and support Physical Security Systems. • Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network: analyze existing Physical Security Systems and recommend solutions. • Set up, configure, and test Physical Security Systems that include video surveillance, access control, sensors, air quality control, and third-party integrations. • Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems. • Assist Account Managers during the sales process by educating the customer about new technologies in the Physical Security space. • Identify and communicate potential opportunities for cross-selling to the sales team. • Assist in the management of projects using CDW's project management methodology. • Follow life-cycle oriented processes and procedures. • Ensure a stable performance environment for enterprise computer applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support. • 9+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support. • Hands-on Genetec or Verkada systems engineering experience. • Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs. • Ability to travel between 25%-50%. • Attention to detail on inventory and logistics is important. • Minimum of 2 years related experience in infrastructure/network environments, with some experience in network engineering. • 2 years consulting experience, a plus. • Axis Certified Professional Certification, a plus. • Experience in Milestone systems engineering, a plus.
