📋 Description

• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual work through automation • Leverage tools such as Zapier to streamline workflows • Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance of digital platforms • Conduct regular system audits and updates • Provide hands-on support and training to the Service Delivery team • Collaborate with the Product team to explore and implement technologies • Utilize analytics tools to assess effectiveness of digital platforms • Create reports and dashboards for decision-making • Ensure systems adhere to security policies and regulations • Design systems and processes that can scale with the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related industry experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any cloud platform • Experience with automation tools like Zapier • Proficient in programming languages such as Javascript and/or Python • Familiarity with API development and integration • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools • Experience with productivity/task management tools like Monday and Jira • Strong communication skills • Experience creating training materials and providing user support
