📋 Description

• Work in high-criticality production environments, supporting our internal and external technology clients, both for ongoing support and new projects. • Proven knowledge and experience in support and management of Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. • Sense of ownership and governance of environments, always seeking to ensure their health and performance. • Hands-on, proactive profile with strong planning skills for activities. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues within the area and with other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB) • Experience administering critical, high-availability databases • Experience in query analysis and tuning • Experience with AlwaysOn • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana • Experience with Agile methodologies • Experience with ITSM tools • Experience opening changes in production environments and managing approval processes • Experience opening support tickets with vendors, performing follow-up and escalating when necessary • Experience monitoring databases to identify items suitable for monitoring for availability and performance • **Differential:** • Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL databases • Certifications in Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server • Experience with cloud environments (AWS) • Knowledge of Oracle Data Guard and SQL Server AlwaysOn • Knowledge of backup/restore via RMAN • Knowledge of OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager).
