📋 Description

• Own and maintain the product backlog, keeping it well-groomed and aligned with both strategic initiatives and urgent business needs. • Lead daily/weekly product rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure alignment between engineering and stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, enabling smooth handoff to development teams. • Monitor delivery progress, resolve blockers, and keep all stakeholders updated on timelines, trade-offs, and outcomes. • Partner with design and engineering to ensure high-quality feature delivery that meets user expectations. • Analyze performance metrics post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a product manager, product owner, project, business analyst, or delivery support role (or strong internship / trainee experience). • Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery. • Experience writing or contributing to user stories, acceptance criteria, or requirements. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar. • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Interest in creator tools, content platforms, or digital media workflows. • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a product management career.
