📋 Description
• Own and drive onboarding plans, timelines, and cross-functional team tasks. • Coordinate the collection of essential setup details, from system access and banking to payroll and workflow requirements. • Partner with internal leaders to ensure receiving teams are fully prepared and workflow expectations are crystal clear before a project wraps up. • Continuously refine our onboarding checklists, templates, and tools while proactively keeping leadership ahead of any timeline or scope risks.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional experience in project management, implementation, professional services, nonprofit operations, or accounting operations. • Exceptional organization skills • Clear communication • Familiarity with AP, payroll, donation processing, or client service workflows is a huge plus.
