• MANDATORY: Experience in Capital Markets / Equities • Strong experience developing in C++ • Knowledge of: • Market Data (B3) • Order Routing • OMS (Order Management System) • Trading Platforms • Electronic trading integrations • Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with technical and business stakeholders • Analytical, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
