📋 Description

• Create modern, intuitive, responsive interfaces aligned with product needs • Turn UI concepts and prototypes into code using HTML, modern CSS, and Tailwind CSS • Develop and enhance visual components, contributing to the creation and maintenance of the Design System • Ensure fidelity between design decisions and their Front-End implementation • Collaborate with developers, designers, Product Owners, and other squad members • Participate in technical discussions related to the development and evolution of interfaces • Apply UX principles, usability heuristics, and design fundamentals • Use Artificial Intelligence tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar solutions to accelerate prototyping and development • Contribute to standardizing and continuously improving the products’ visual experience • Assess and propose improvements to interface usability, accessibility, and consistency • Clearly advocate for design decisions, presenting arguments based on UX principles and product needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a UI Designer, UI Engineer, Front-End Designer, or in a similar role • Proven experience in the financial services industry, especially with banks, fintechs, brokerages, or investment companies • Strong experience in UI Design and developing the visual layer of web applications • Advanced knowledge of HTML and modern CSS • Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS • Experience building responsive and adaptive interfaces • Knowledge of Git • Familiarity with Angular and/or React, particularly for integrating and using components • Knowledge of UX principles, usability heuristics, and Gestalt principles • Ability to clearly and systematically justify and defend design decisions • Proven experience demonstrated through a portfolio of projects and developed interfaces • Interest in and familiarity with AI tools applied to development, such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar solutions • English proficiency
