• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements. • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and maintain a backlog of user stories. • Support solution evaluation, testing activities, and risk management. • Model business processes using BPMN and identify improvement opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT change or software delivery projects. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Experience working in Agile delivery environments. • Ability to manage workload independently and work with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in BPMN process mapping and business requirements elicitation. • Experience within supply chain, WMS, wholesale, or distribution environments. • Knowledge of JIRA Software and Confluence. • Recognised business analysis qualification (IIBA/BCS).
