• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, and other admin tasks • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to enhance their Salesforce proficiency • Perform regular data management tasks, such as data imports, data cleanup, and duplicate record management for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success • Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders • Communicate with cross functional stakeholders and end users from Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to groom requirements and conduct root cause analysis • Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges • Work with management and Subject Matter Experts to validate, design and implement solutions in Salesforce • Configure and customize Salesforce applications (custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules) and design/implement automation using Flow • Manage relationship with external implementation specialist to design and develop robust Salesforce solutions • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; test system enhancements and perform quality assurance • Document changes to CellCarta’s Salesforce instance and ensure backups are performed • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and implement them across tools as needed • Participate in special projects and initiatives at management’s discretion
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, life sciences, or equivalent • More than 3 years as a customer relationship management (CRM) system administrator, preferably with experience in more than one instance • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience • Able to understand and troubleshoot Salesforce • Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and limitations • Salesforce Administrator certification • Salesforce Developer certification and Business Analyst certification preferred but not mandatory • Knowledge of Pardot, Mulesoft, PowerBI preferred but not mandatory • Experience managing multiple projects, from gathering requirements to rolling out solutions • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Motivated self-starter, independent and a team player focused on excellence • Must be based in the U.S., ideally in the Eastern Time Zone
