📋 Description
• Provide technical assistance and office support to internal associates • Monitor servers and backups and investigate incidents • Coordinate telephony needs according to defined processes • Implement improvements and upgrades to desktops and servers • Document and follow up on incidents using SYSAID (ITIL)
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • 6 years' experience as a systems administrator • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft MCDST certification • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and LDAP • Practical experience with secure VPNs and Cisco firewalls • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Mandatory ability to communicate clearly in English and French
